replaced front pads and rotors and only pads in rear with these wagner thermo quiets….(03impala9c1)
brakes squeal after i depress brake pedal then seems to go away as i come to a stop.
doesnt squeal when it rains!
been on for about 2k miles now and doesnt seem to be getting better.
easy installation , what seems to be the problem?
no shims or lube came with pads.

Go get some high temp lube and put a little between the caliper and the back of the outer pads, then some between the caliper piston and the back of the inside pads. Also, make sure you didnt accidentally bend the backing plate out into the rotor.
