wagner thermaquiet or bendix brake pads? why?
Wagner Brake Pads September 21st, 2009Which is better looking to replace origianal Brake Pads on my 06 scion tc.thanks
nothing wrong with either brand, bendix is more expensive for some unknown reason.
ceramic pads are spec’d for your car. ceramics are NOT a better pad and they wont’ last longer.
longetivity is based upon how you drive.
they do have less brake dust and tend to not squeal as much, however as long as everything is properly lubricated and the backing shim plates are secure, you won’t hear squealing.
Personally the Monroe Frictions are superior to both.

thermaquiet are the better of those two brands, the best is ceramic pads ,but they cost a lot more also but are well worth the extra money, their better because they last longer and produce less brake dust, than bendix do,good luck.

They are both good, but Bendix I would choose out of the 2, get ceramic if you can, better pads and they do last longer, I have used them for many years and they dont throw out black dust all over your rims. The ceramic pads can take higher heat than the regular pads, and wont warp your rotors, thats why they are better.
