i’m looking at WAGNER and POLY QUIET an suggestions and wanna be under 120 bucks if possible

try bendix Ceramic Brak Brake Pads, they work great and are cheap.

I would put ceramic brakes on a vehicle this new. They work better, last longer, and are much quieter. One set (2 wheels) should be about 50 to 60 dollars.
