Is there a park …
Is there a park brake? If so back it off. There is a chance as the pads wore down more oil was added to the reservoir. Because it is full the piston can’t compress in. Try removing the reservoir cap and trying it. Have a rag ready for oil that may spill out of the cap. If it isn’t that, have a mechanic check it out.
