What type of brake pads/rotors replacements should I get for my 2004 Infiniti G35-6MT with Brembos?
Hawk Brake Pads May 20th, 2009My G35-6MT coupe needs new brakes/rotors… the dealer wanted $2600… i laughed
I was thinking about getting Brembo Sport Slotted Rotors

with Hawk HPS street Brake Pads

Still quite $$… not sure if I really need this much stopping power (I don't autocross or anything) … but wanted performane similar to my OEM brembos.
Any advice?
I was looking for the same thing! I have an 04 6MT and i wanted some new rotors preferably slotted and cross drilled. I couldnt find any slotted and cross drilled that fit the brembos, only one piece rotors for the crappy brakes the autos get. I did find some good looking rotors from Stillen that were slotted 2 piece for $366 a pair for front and rear ($732 total). But I just looked at the Brembo slotted discs and i think i will buy them now since they are slightly cheaper lol.
Go buy them right now they are on sale, the price went down like $40 a pair

Take your old rotors and pads with you when buying anything other than the Brembos from the dealer. We had a customer that thought he would save money buying them elsewhere. It turned out Infiniti has their rotors made by Brembo and they are not available unless purchased from the dealer. Check the diameter and offset if you think you got lucky. I laugh everytime an Infiniti with Brembos comes in and needs brake work. Most drivers never would have felt the difference between the regular Infiniti brake system compared with the Brembos that cost 5 times the money to service.

The Parts Source near me has the Brembos for $2400 CDN, so your dealer isn't too far off. I ended up getting a pair of Stillen for $500. I put them in the trunk, drive off to change them, and then some jerk does a hit and run, totals my car, and a week later I returned the Stillens in the TL I later got…I MISS MY G!
