downshift sooner …
downshift sooner and get on the brakes harder and off of them sooner and you’re times will vastly improve

Looks like you did really well for your first time. My only advice is to remember to be as smooth as possible and use the whole track. You paid to use the whole track, so use it.
I almost spun where the RSX did about 5 times in a row there in the rain on street tires, it was wild.
