how many of you G35 sedan owners used akebono brake pads (ceramic)?

dealership is asking $700 for FRONT ONLY Brake Pads and rotors…. i have 51K miles on my 04 G35 sedan…. or do u have any suggestions of any other brands…thanks

Akebono’s web site says you should get around 25,000 miles on a set of pads. Consider yourself lucky.

Can you visually tell the difference between semi-metallic and ceramic brake pads?
